After working in the downtown core of Barrie for the past 5 years, I’ve made a decision to move my location to the south end. While I’ll miss the view of the water and the buzz of downtown, I’ll be working out of Mapleview Chiropractic Clinic (381 Mapleview Drive West) to better serve my patients. This change brings easier parking, easier contact with the clinic, a quieter environment, easier access to other health care professionals, and an on-site inventory where you can purchase products if you choose.
I’m continuing run the Sports Medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. This includes both clinical and academic roles with senior naturopathic students, and a plan to provide continuing education and training to other NDs.
In the rest of my time, I’m working on a passion project called The Empowered Athlete Project. My mission is to help athletes improve their performance, their health and their longevity in the sports they love. I’ve seen too many athletes fall into the trap of abusing their bodies through physical activity without having the proper plan in place to prevent injury and serious health consequences. So I have created a system that helps athletes of all abilities have the strength, stamina, and performance levels they desire. The first area that I’m tackling is weight loss. I’ll be hosting a live event called Winner’s Weight Loss Workshop. You can click here to be notified of the details.
As of September 1, 2018, my Barrie office hours will be Monday mornings 9 am – 1pm and Thursday afternoons 1 pm – 7 pm. For my Alliston hours, I’ll be switching from Thursdays to Wednesdays while the hours remain the same. There are no changes to my email address or the telephone number, so you may continue to use the same information. Don’t forget that you can also book online through my websites. New to the practice are phone consults and video consults. Let me know if you would like to try out those options!
