At Absolute Athlete Care, we want to work with you to help you achieve your best performance possible.
We take a detailed case history, and work with you to set realistic goals. Then we help you create a plan to achieve them! We use tools like lifestyle counseling, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, physical medicine and bodywork, sports supplementation, rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise to help you perform at your best. Whether it is enjoying leisure activities on the weekend, mental focus at work, or reaching the top of the podium, we hope you'll work with us at Absolute Athlete Care!
Dr. Tracey Teasdale, ND, CISSN received her Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, majoring in Kinesiology, and her Medical degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She has a special interest in sports medicine, pain management, and psychology. She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and certified by the International Society of Sports Nutrition.


She is a published author, and won the 2008 Sport Information Resource Centre's Research Development Award for her research on trigger point therapy. She has contributed to textbooks, magazines, and research projects.
Along with her private clinic practice, she is also an Assistant Professor in Clinical Education at CCNM, where she teaches and supervises on the Sports Medicine Focused Shift, and teaches an advanced academic course in Sports Medicine. She also worked with the Barrie Trojan Swim Club, providing sports nutrition and recovery services to the high performance athletes.


In her spare time , you'll see her running, biking, swimming, and competing in triathlons and road races.
Tracey also gives back to the community. She is on the Board of Directors for My Sister's Place-People in Transition Alliston. She has been involved with the Barrie Triathlon Club, Canadian Blood Services and The Heart & Stroke Foundation. She provides seminars to local sports teams and the Running Room, and various other businesses in the area.
