Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a non-invasive treatment that has an effect on muscle, fascia and tendons. it improves blood flow, and also has an effect on the nervous system. It works well with acupuncture, especially for conditions like musculoskeletal pain, headaches, asthma, back pain, and digestive concerns. While it may look intense, most people find it quite relaxing.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting fine metal needles into acupuncture points and specific spots relating to body's energy channels. Acupuncture can be beneficial in relieving back pain and arthritis, muscle sprains and joint strains, fatigue, nausea, migraines, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances and infertility, and other chronic pain concerns.

Traditional Asian Medicine
Traditional Asian Medicine (TAM) is a complete medical system that has been used to diagnose, treat and prevent illness for thousands of years. TAM incorporates acupuncture, acupressure, diet, and Asian herbs and foods. In Asian medical theory, when your energy flow, or Qi (pronounced as "chi") is out of balance, your body cannot adapt to stress, making you more likely to develop chronic illness and pain. TAM harmonizes these imbalances by adjusting the circulation of Qi and balancing the forces of yin and yang energy. The smooth flow of Qi, achieved by balancing cold and heat, internal and external, and yin and yang, will help sustain long-term physical, mental and emotional health.
